Rabbi Nulman re- ceived his ordination from Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim in New York and was a graduate of Yeshiva University. He was the dean and rabbi of East Side Torah Center in New York and its affiliated organizations which included the Slutzker Shul, the day school and an af- ternoon school. He was the rab- bi and dean of the institutions for over 50 years. He was a member of the Union of Ortho- dox Jewish Congregations and the Agudas Habrahonim.
