The American Friends of He-
brew University recently hon-
ored Harold and Barbara
Berry with the Scopus Award
at a dinner at Shaarey Zedek.
The Scopus Award is the
Friends' highest honor. The pro-
gram began with an introduction
by Mandell Berman and greet-
ings from Jack Liwazer and
David Harold. Warren Cov-
ille offered a tribute to the hon-
orees. Some of the Friends
spotted in the crowd included:
Dorothy Gerson, Rabbi and
Mrs. Irwin Groner, Elizabeth
Liwazer, Harvey Grace and
Charles Greenberg.
