Add the egg substitute, bread crumbs, stock, salt and pepper and process again, just until ingredients combine. Divide the meat mixture into 15 parts. Place a portion of the meat in the center of a cabbage leaf Fold in the sides and turn, like wrapping a package. Repeat this process with the rest of the meat and leaves. Line a pot with a tightly fitting lid with some of the torn or too small cabbage leaves. Sprinkle with sliced garlic and 1/2 cup no- fat stock. Arrange the prepared rolls in the prepared pot. Com- bine the tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper. Pour this over the rolls. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Heat oven tO 350 degrees. Remove the lid. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley and con- tinue cooking about 15 more minutes, or until the cabbage is tender. Makes 15 large rolls.
