Cool cake in pan 10 min. Blend together sour cram, sugar and vanilla. Carefully spoon topping over the cheese cake. Return cake to oven and bake 5 to 7 min. Cool cheesecake on rack. Run a sharp knife around the edge of the cheese cake to loosen. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours are preferably overnight.
