To help welcome the New Year and prepare ourselves spiritually for the Days of Awe, we invite you
to experience Selichot Services at Temple Israel on Saturday, August 27. The evening begins at
10:00 p.m. with a dessert reception hosted by the Temple Affiliates. At 10:30 p.m. we are proud to
offer a dance presentation, King David, with Richard Orbach and The Detroit Dance Collective. The
Selichot Service with its moving music and magical melodies takes place at 11:00 p.m.
