This new ser- vice is available for all EL AL flights system wide. Club members are also able to upgrade tickets they purchase from coach class to business class or full fare business class to first class. There are no blackout dates for upgrading and bonus points are earned on the purchased por- tion of the ticket. EL AL is the only airline op- erating 747-400 Boeing aircraft between the United States and Israel. Each seat in coach, busi- ness and first class has a personal TV monitor and an electronic stereo headset. The 747-400's are equipped with the latest tech- nology available in aviation.
