NFWB went 2-1 in divisional
play in Oxford, then defeated the
host team 11-5 for the champi-
onship. In the Lake Orion tour-
ney, NFWB split four division
games, then lost 9-4, to a Cana-

players, in the semifinals.

a team of 8-year-olds
ready to play in two
baseball tournaments?

North Farmington/West Bloom-
field (NFWB) squad.

hours a day, three days a week
for three weeks leading up to our
first tournament."

finished third of 11 teams in the
Lake Orion Invitational, then it
won the Oxford Invitational
