Bandeis award of the Zionist Organization of America. The award presentation will take place at ZOA's 61st annual Bal- four Celebration concert, Sept. 22 at the Fox Theatre. Irwin Green and Rabbi M. Robert Syme will serve as co- chairmen of the Laker Tribute Committee. Other past presi- dents of Metro Detroit ZOA will also be honored on that occasion. Slated for honors are Dr. Harry E. August, Leonard Herman, Dr. Maxwell M. Hoffman, Judge Ira G. Kaufman, Dr. Sidney Z. Leib, Milton S. Marwil, Louis Panush, Sidney Silverman, Carmi M. Slo- movitz, Rabbi M.
