Play the market right and
you could lose it all.
Basic Judaism
Course Set
The next session of Temple
Emanu-El's Introduction to Ju-
daism course will begin Sept. 1.
Meeting on Thursday evenings
for 14 weeks, the course is open
to all who are interested in learn-
ing about Judaism.
Each class session will begin
with one hour of beginning He-
brew instruction at 7 p.m. From
8-9:30 p.m., the students will
explore such topics as holidays,
lifecycle events, prayer, wor-
ship, history, and God-concepts.
Classes are taught by Temple
Emanu-El clergy, staff and
faculty members.
For information or to register
for the course, contact the Tem-
ple Emanu-El Education Center,
967-4023.
You could lose things
like extra weight. High
blood pressure. And high
blood cholesterol levels.
The very things that con-
tribute to heart attack and
stroke.
All you have to do is invest
wisely at the supermarket.
Buy more in the fresh prod-
uce, pasta, breads and ce-
reals sections. And pur-
chase fish, poultry and
lean meats instead of fatty
or processed meats.
Switch to low-fat dairy prod-
ucts and margarine. And
check the nutritional list-
ings on food labels.
In short, be selective about
how you play this market.
Because no matter how
much you lose, you've got
a lot to win.
