Physician Referral and
Information Service

Locates the Right Doctor for You

hen some people need a doctor they may seek the recom-
mendation of a family member or friends. However, we wel-
come you to contact SinaiSource physician referral service
for a physician who meets your needs or those of your family. The ser-
vice refers callers to more than 500 members of Sinai's active medical
staff in specialties from obstetrics/gynecology to cardiology, orthope-
dic surgery and family practice.
When you call 1-800-248-3627, you will be asked to identify which
type of physician you need (Sinai's representatives can help you do
this), a preferred office location and your health insurance. Feel free
to discuss special requests such as your preference for either a male
or female physician. We will make every attempt to refer you direct-
ly to the type of physician you've requested and make an appointment
during your call.
After calling Sinai's physician referral service, you will receive
additional information in the mail on the physicians including their
educational and training background, specialties, subspecialties and
office hours.
