Maple/ Drake. Enjoy a day of
health, fitness and fun. At 10:30
a.m. pick up a ticket for lunch; at
11 a.m. join Sylvia Ritchie for the
"Easy Does It" exercise class fol-
lowed by "Eat Out - Eat Healthy"
with Molly Abraham of the De-
troit Free Press. At noon, use the
ticket to get lunch at Sperber's
cafeteria; coffee and tea, at no
charge, will be available. At 1:30
p.m. swim, walk or jog the track
and/or use the Health Club fa-
cilities. Pre-register by Aug. 8.
