Ivan Frankel Ivan Frankel, 82, of Bloomfield Hils, died June 29. He was a building construction executive. He was involved with war bonds and in the army he was in charge of education and rehabilitation at Camp Maxey Hospital. He received an honorary degree from Wayne State University. In the early '50s, he entered the building business, joining his brother Herman Frankel. He subsequently became president of the Builder's Association of Southeastern Michigan in 1973. He was a member of Franklin Hills and Birmingham Temple. He leaves his wife, Rema; son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Kathy of Royal Oak; daughter, Marjorie Rylew of Win.oeski, Vt.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jay and Bette of West Bloomfield, Herman and Barbara of West Bloomfield; sister, Ann Raskin of Birmingham; sister-in-law, The- rese Schulist; two grandchildren.
