Gallery Exhibit

The Cultural Arts Division of
Southfield Parks and Recreation
will present a series of watercol-
ors by Judy Ross July 5 through
29 in the Civic Center Gallery,
26000 Evergreen Road.
Judy Ross, a cum laude grad-
uate of the University of Michi-
gan School of Art, has an affinity
for abstract expressionism.

Exhibit Opens

"Stars and Flowers," an avant
garde photo-image exhibit pro-
duced by Caren Nederalnder will
be unveiled June 30 in West
Bloomfield.
The images in Ms. Nederal-
nder's newest exhibition are more
or less photographically tradi-
tional, rather than impressionis-
tic.
The public may view "Stars
and Flowers" June 30-Aug. 18 at
the Janice Charach Epstein Mu-
seum Gallery at the Maple/Drake
Jewish Community Center of
Metropolitan Detroit.
