Food & Spirits

They know you so well, it's dif-
ficult into fooling them that you
are someone else."
He is grateful that his father
is still alive to enjoy his success,
and that his mother, who passed
away almost 10 years ago, was
able to see him make it as an ac-
tor.
Mr. Roberts said his mother
would have loved The Sisters
Rosensweig, which is about three
very different but caring sisters
who meet up in London for the
eldest sister's 54th birthday, and
Mervyn, who just happens to be
one of the guests at the sister's
small birthday celebration.
And why not? Mervyn, like
Mr. Roberts, grew up in a solid
Jewish home and feels very com-
fortable with his Jewish identi-
ty. And Mr. Roberts, like
Mervyn, has a boyish charm.
"It's exciting to finally be in this
play," Mr. Roberts said as he got
up from his dressing room chair
to prepare for curtain call. "It's
written so well. It's like a jockey
being able to ride a great horse.
"I feel very lucky," he said. "I
have a chance to play some of the
most exciting roles in some of the
most wonderful plays."

You could lose things
like extra weight. High
blood pressure. And high
blood cholesterol levels.
The very things that con-
tribute to heart attack and
stroke.
All you have to do is in-
vest wisely at the super-
market.
Buy more in the fresh
produce, pasta, breads
and cereals sections. And
purchase fish, poultry and
lean meats instead of fatty
or processed meats.
Switch to low-fat dairy
products and margarine.
And check the nutritional
listings on food labels.
In short, be selective
about how you play this
market. Because no mat-
ter how much you lose,
you've got a lot to win.
