A sisterhood board mem- ber for the past four years, Ms. Cohen previously served as recording secretary and admin- istrative vice president of the sis- terhood. She is immediate past chair of the Rabbi B. Benedict Glazer Institute for the Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Muslim and Protestant Clergy, as well as a member of the TBE Chorale and a temple docent. She also served on the execu- tive board of the Detroit Auxil- iary of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity; she is a member of Hadassah and a life member of the National Council of Jewish Women, Greater Detroit Section. Prior to becoming a full-time vol- unteer, Ms. Cohen was the exec- utive secretary to the medical director of Providence Hospital and supervisor of the hospital's medical staff office.
