Women Painters
Spring Exhibit

The Detroit Society of Women
Painters and Sculptors will have
their annual spring exhibition
June 3-29. The show, which is ti-
tled "Illumination and Interpre-
tation" will take place at the
Oakland County executive offices,
1200 North Telegraph Road in
Pontiac.
The gallery is open Monday
through Friday from 8:30 a.. to 5
p.m.

Jewish Law
Lecture Set

The next installment of the Irwin
I. Cohn Memorial Lectures in
Talmudic Law and Ethics will be
7:30 p.m. June 5 in the home of
economist David Littman of
Bloomfield Hills. The topic of the
lecture will be "Conflict Resolu-
tion Theory According to The
Kabbalah and Jewish Law."
\, Guest lecturer will be Laibl Wolf
of Melbourne, Australia.
The lecture is certified for two
CME credits from MSMS and
AOS. For information, contact

Men's Club
Elects Board

The Men's Club of Adat Shalom
Synagogue has announced its
new officers and board of trustees
for the 1994-1995 season.
Continuing in his second year
as Men's Club president is
Bradley Wasserman of West
Bloomfield; Robert Lubin and Jef-
' frey Supowit will serve as pro-
gramming vice presidents; Stuart
Logan is the new membership
vice president. Michael Weil will
continue as treasurer and Mar-
cus Bass as secretary.
Serving on this year's Men's
Club board will be past president
Harvey Olson, along with Gary
Graff, William Graham, Jerry
Olson, Donald Rudick, Stuart
Selis, Bradley Silver, David
Schostak, Jeffrey Weingarten
and Steven Woronoff.
