The third annual Meadow Brook
Landscape and Garden Show will run
June 10-12 at Meadow Brook Hall
Music Festival in Rochester.
Special feature gardens consist of
the Railroad Garden with "G" gague
model trains initating a Michigan log-
gin village; the Topiary Zoo Water
Garden in the center courtyard us-
ing lifesize topiaries in the shape of
an elephant, giraffe, horse and turtle;
the Classic Car Garden, in which
twelve classic cars will be on display
surrounded by an array of landscap-
ing; and the Circular Maze Garden,
constructed of upright evergreens,
which is designed to lead attendees
through a network of paths and pas-
sages.
Also on display will be various
artists to exhibit and sell their pieces,
including pewabic Pottery's collec-
tion of garden art encompassing bird
baths, vases and tiles, along with the
Michigan Potters Association's scu-
plture walk titled "Earthly delights
II." Six plant societies including the
herb Society, Rose Society and
Daylily Society will display their col-
lections in old world style in the back
courtyard.
