and getting a star on Hollywood's

"I like classical music, and I
love good singers of all kinds,"
said the recreational skier and
tennis player. "I also love New
York theater, and I have a pret-
ty eclectic collection of recordings
at home."
C, Home for Mr. Sedaka now in-
cludes residences in New York,
Hollywood and Connecticut. But
on June 12 he will return to the
home neighborhood of his grow-
ing-up years — for a special day
of recognition.
He will be inaugurated as the
seventh "King of Brooklyn."
"I'll ride through the streets,
and we expect there will be at
Least a half million people," he
said. "In the evening, there will
be a dinner in my honor. I'm fly-
ing my mother and sister in for it
all. It's very, very exciting."
