Yeshivas Darchei Torah will pre-
sent its Fifth Annual Summer
Concert, featuring the newest
sensation from New York, "Torah
Tots" 2 p .m. June 5 at Southfield-
Lathrup High School. This
Broadway-styled production fea-
tures costumed actors who sing
songs, act out skits, and involve
the children while they teach a
variety of Torah concepts.
In addition, this year's concert
features performances by Mos-
cow Circus star Alexi Bernstein
and singer Yossi Goldstein.

Temple Emanu-El will host "An
Evening With The City For
Youth Choir" 7:30 p.m. May 22
At the temple. The City For
Youth Choir is comprised of 120
singers, ages 7-17, from Wayne,
Oakland and Macomb counties.
The choir will perform a vari-
ety of selections led by artistic di-
rector Dr. Deborah A. Smith,
vocal music education specialist
for Wayne State Unviersity's de-
partment of music, and assistant
artistic musical director Maryann
Maiuri, a music educator in the
Berkley School District. Diana
Munch will be the accompanist.
The concert will be followed by
an afterglow. Proceeds will ben-
efit Temple Emanu-El's music de-
partment.
