mit a grade transcript (no certi-
fication necessary) together with
a typewritten memorandum in
letter form demonstrating details
of compliance with each of the fol-
lowing requirements:

ish student from the metropoli-
tan Detroit area who is now
attending a college or universi-
ty with at least one full year of
credits toward a degree (sopho-
more or above); who has superi-
