Add the apples, oil and vanilla.
Set aside. Combine all the dry in-
gredients together and add to the
egg mixture. Add the nuts if de-
sired. Pour into a greased 9x13
pan and bake at 350 degrees for
45 to 50 minutes. Remove from
oven and cool slightly.
