Information Service

Locates the Right Doctor for You

en some people need a doctor they may seek the rec-
Ommendation of a family member or friends. However,
we welcome you to contact SinaiSource physician referral ser-
vice for a physician who meets your needs or those of your fam-
ily. The service refers callers to more than 500 members of
Sinai's active medical staff in specialties from obstetrics/gy-
necology to cardiology, orthopedic surgery and family prac-
tice.
When you call 1-800-248-3627, you will be asked to iden-
tify which type of physician you need (Sinai's representatives

can help you do this), a preferred office location and your health
insurance. Feel free to discuss special requests such as a male
or female physician. We will make every attempt to refer you
directly to the type of physician you've requested and make
an appointment during your call.
After calling Sinai's physician referral service, you will re-
ceive additional information in the mail on the physicians in-
cluding their educational and training background, specialties,
subspecialties and office hours.

Woman program is a unique way for

menopause, premenstrual syndrome,
maintaining good health during pregnancy
and breast health, just to name a few.
