The SBA 504 Loan Program
provides small and medium
sized businesses with long-term
financing for the acquisition or
construction of fixed assets. The
loans are typically financed 50
percent by private lenders, 40
percent by the SBA and 10 per-
cent by the small business.

of the LDC and vice president
at First of America, Birming-
ham, will present the seven
SBA 504 job creation awards,
one lender award, two bank
awards and the SBA Partner
award.
