Gallery of the Smithsonian In-
stitution; the American Craft
Museum, New York; Detroit In-
stitute of Art, Michigan; and the
Cranbrook Academy of Art.
She leaves her husband, Roy;
two sons, Aaron and Jeremy;
sister and brother-in-law, Eve-
lyn and Arthur Cowen of New
Jersey; brother and sister-in-
law, David and Rosemary
Wolock of Huntington Woods.

Lillian Lederman

Lillian Lederman, 82, of South-

field, died March 29. Mrs. Led-
erman was a member of the
Louis Marshall chapter of B'nai
B'rith, Congregation Beth
Shalom, the Women's Auxiliary
of the Jewish War Veterans
and the Radomer Aid Society.
She is survived by her sons
and daughters-in-law, Martin
J. and Sheila of Southfield, Ray-
mond K. and Amy of Tucson,
Ariz.; daughters and sons-in-
law, Judith and Sheldon Gold
of Southfield, Sema and John
Hanson of Chapel Hill, N.C.; 11
grandchildren; seven great-
grandchildren.

Sophie Rohlik

Sophie Rohlik, 93, of Southfield,
died March 30. With her late
husband, Sigmund Rohlik, they
owned Rohlik Inc., manufac-
turers of camera cases and re-
lated goods. In the late 1960s,
they helped to establish the Sig-
mund and Sophie Rohlik
Branch of the United Hebrew
Schools in Southfield, now home
of the Agency for Jewish Edu-
cation. Mrs. Rohlik supported
Hillel Day School of Metropol-
itan Detroit, Akiva Hebrew Day
School and Yeshiva Beth Yehu-
dah. Wayne State University
was a major recipient of her
generosity.
In Israel, Mrs. Rohlik's edu-
cational commitments includ-
ed the Bar-Ilan University,
Hebrew University, American
Society for Technion and Weiz-
mann Institute of Science. Mrs.
Rohlik's philanthropic activities
included the Rohlik Philan-
thropic Fund at the Jewish Wel-
fare Federation, Jewish
National Fund, Anti-Defama-
tion League, Hadassah, United
States Holocaust Memorial Mu-
seum, Lubavitch Foundation,
Fresh Air Society, University of
Michigan Hillel Foundation and
American _Committee for
Shaarey Zedek Hospital.
She is survived by Paula Ur-
bach, Ronald Urbach, Deborah
and Richard Warsh, Joan and
Kenneth Stern and families, by
nieces and nephew Betty and
Tack Goldberg, Lorraine Cohen.
