Lawrence H. Chadwick, 65, of
West Bloomfield, died March
18. He was a pharmacist and
partner of L & M Pharmacy in
Detroit. He graduated from
Wayne State University College
of Pharmacy, was past master
of Perfection Mosaic Lodge,
president of Crescent Shrine
Club and Shriner of the Year in
1993.
He leaves his wife, Janice;
sons, Stephen of Southfield,
Richard Jay of Detroit; daugh-
ters and sons-in-law, Cheryl
and David Shulman of Farm-
ers Branch, Texas, Debra and
Lee Kirchhoff of Santa Barbara,
Calif.; brother and sister-in-law,
Irving and Gloria of Oak Park;
father-in-law, Meyer Hertzberg;
five grandchildren.

Max Goldman

Max Goldman, 88, of Pompano
Beach, Fla., formerly of Detroit,
died March 21. He was an in-
surance agent from 1940-1949,
owned a corner bar and restau-
rant in Detroit from 1949-1956,
owned Merri Bowl Bowling
Alley in Livonia 1956-1975 and
was Midwest representative for
the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas
1977. He also was a member of
Temple Israel, former member
of Tam O'Shanter Country
Club, Probus Club of Detroit,
B'nai B'rith and a member of
32nd Degree Masons.
He leaves his son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Dr. Lawrence 'Bun-
ny" and Carol of Ft. Lauderdale,
Fla.; sister, Sayde Saipe of
Toronto; five grandchildren.
