tha Erin Rosen Pool for
Children and Special
Needs at the Maple/Drake Jew-
ish CommunityCenter of Met-
ropolitan Detroit.
The water in the pool will be
kept at warm temperatures so
classes for arthritis sufferers,
the visually and mentally im-
paired, infants and toddlers can
be held there.
The 50 x 20 pool will be built
next to the indoor and outdoor
pools at the JCC. It will be no
deeper than 41/2 feet.

Gallant, Sue Bolton, Miles
Steam, Barbara Klein and Al-
lison Gluck all swam five miles
in the fifth annual Chai Swim.
Rounding out the list of par-
ticipants were Britni Must,
