1 large apple
/4 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Sweet red wine
Mix all ingredients. Add
enough wine to bind the mix-
ture.

Mix ingredients together.
Press into baking dish. Bake 45
minutes at 375 degrees until
crisp on top.
BAKED STUFFED
ZUCCHINI
2 zucchini, cut lengthwise
in half
PASSOVER MUFFINS
Mix well together in large
bowl:
2 ripe bananas, peeled and
mashed
'/2 cup water
1 cup matzah meal
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1 large apple, peeled and
grated
Divide batter to fit into 6
lightly oiled cupcake tins. Bake
45 minutes at 375 degrees.
Completely cool in tins before
removing. Makes 6 muffins.
Small onion, chopped fine-
ly
4 tablespoons tomato
sauce
'/2 teaspoon parsley
1 /4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons matzah meal
Scoop out pulp of zucchini
halves. Heat pulp, onion, sauce
and spices in a pan for 5 min-
utes. Add matzah meal to mix-
ture and mix well. Restuff
zucchini with mixture. Place in
a baking pan with a little water
on bottom. Bake at 450 degrees
for 30 minutes until zucchini
shells are soft. Serves 4.

6 small sweet potatoes,
peeled
3 apples, peeled and grat-
ed
1 cup each raisins and
matzah meal
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup walnuts, chopped

1 cup fruit juice or water
