Temple Emanu-El's Sisterhood
will open its new Judaica gift
shop March 13. The shop will
stock items for the holidays as
well as children's gifts.
The shop will be open on
Sundays, 9:30-11:45 a.m.; Mon-
days, 6:30-8:15 p.m.; and Fri-
days, 11 a.m.-noon and 3-4 p.m.

The Hanka/Israel and Dimona
chapters of Na'Amat/U.SA will
meet 12:30 p.m. in the Na'amat
meeting room, 25900 Greenfield
Road, Oak Park.
Geri Evan, clinical nurse spe-
cialist from Sinai Hospital, will

To Speak

New American Svetlana Latin-
skaya will address the Jewish
Federation Women's Division

Zedek.
A refugee from war-torn
Moldova in the former USSR,
Mrs. Latinskaya came last June
to Detroit, where an uncle re-
sides. The Moscow native, who
arrived with her parents, hus-
band, daughter, sister and fam-
ily, left her homeland when she
saw a rise in persecution of
Jews.
Mrs. Latinskaya is studying
