Worcestershire sauce 1 /2 t. hot sauce (optional) 8 kosher hot dogs, sliced 3 to 4 sprigs fresh parsley or 1 T. dried salt and pepper to taste Heat the margarine in a large soup pot and saute the onion until tender, 3 to 4 min- utes. Add the garlic and celery and saute for another 2 min- utes. Add the potato, water, stock and parsley. Bring to a simmer. Cover and let simmer 30 minutes. Remove fresh pars- ley and discard.
