munity College will present
Richard Kokochak on "Graphol-
ogy - The Art of Handwriting
Analysis," at noon March 8 in
room J-250 on the Orchard
Ridge campus. Participants
should bring samples of hand-
writing for analysis.
At 1 p.m. March 13, Hillel of
Metro Detroit and the Young
Adult Division presents the Dis-
ney movie, Junglebook at the
Maple-Drake Jewish Commu-
nity Center.
At noon March 17, the Jew-
ish Students Organization/Hil-
lel of Oakland University will
present a lecture on psychic
phenomena.

B'nai Moshe
Dinner At U-M
Congregation B'nai Moshe will
host a free deli dinner for its col-
lege students who attend the
University of Michigan, East-
ern Michigan University and
Wayne State University. The
dinner will be at the U-M Hil-
lel House 5 p.m. March 13.

About Prayer
Jewish educators from through-
out metropolitan Detroit will
gather for a 2 1/2-clay retreat at
Butzel Conference Center
March 6-8 to discuss "Ma'ayan
Tefillah: A Journey in Sacred
Space."
Sponsored by the Agency for
Jewish Education in coopera-
tion with the Jewish Educators
Council, the experience will
offer participants opportunities
to explore tefillah (prayer).
Featured presenter at the Re-
treat will be singer-songwriter
and educator Debbie Friedman.
Other presenters are Rabbi
Stuart Kelman, from Congre-
gation Netivot Shalom in
Berkeley, Calif, and past chair-
person of the Conference on Al-
ternatives in Jewish Education;
Deborah Newbrun, associate di-
rector of Camp Tawonga, a JCC
resident summer camp located
near Yosemite; Michael Pos-
nick, past director of the Melton
Retreat Programs; and Rabbi
Amy Wallk. Katz, director of Ed-
