Members of area Jewish youth groups are invited to at- tend the program welcoming 16-year-old Pazit Fuchs and Guy Friedman, who will be in the Detroit area from March 4- 11. There is a charge for the skating event, which will in- clude refreshments. Skates can be rented at the arena for a fee. In addition to this kickoff event, the Israeli teens will visit with American high school stu- dents at several area schools and churches, where they will talk about life as a teenager in Israel. The walls of the exhibit are decorated by glow-in-the- dark stars on which the chil- dren have written their English and Hebrew names. Children may add their star to the walls! Discovery Place hours are: Sunday, 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.; Monday, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.; Tuesday, 3 p.m.-7 p.m.; Wednesday, 1 p.m.-4 p.m.; Thursday, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The Matzah Factory will re- turn to the Maple-Drake Jew- ish Community Center March 13.
