Comparing this loan to a 3/1 CustornFIT loan with a 30-year term at an interest rate of 6.625% and one point (APR 6.348%) with 36 equal monthly payments of
$3,201 and 324 payments of $3,048 results in a $555 savings in your initial monthly payments. The APR is subject to increase after the initial interest rate term.

Motorola Communications Is-
rael announced it will be re-
sponsible for all facets of work
and sales involving wireless
data transmission equipment.
This exclusive "worldwide
mandate" awarded by Motoro-
la Inc. to its subsidiary allows
the company to develop, pro-
duce and market all wireless
data transmission equipment
worldwide for the entire Mo-
torola group of companies.
The decision also allows Mo-
torola Israel to exclusively sup-
ply the equipment to com-
mercial, paramilitary and gov-
ernment customers.
The move should give the
company an added $100 million
in sales for this year alone, ac-
cording to Motorola Communi-
cations Israel general manager
Elisha Yannai.
The last two years, Motoro-
la Israel has supplied United
Parcel Service — one of the
largest private carriers of pack-
ages in North America — with
a wireless data transmission
system worth $120 million.
During the first quarter of
this year, Motorola Israel will
supply UPS Germany with sys-
tems worth $19 million and will
also supply UPS USA with an-
other $40 million of equipment
during the year.
The company also plans to
expand its marketing efforts of
a new telephone-less modem
called Infotac. This wireless
modem allows the computer
user to link up with databases
and to electronic mail services.
Motorola Israel's major fac-
tory is in Arad, with another
smaller facility in Tel Aviv.

tween Koor Industries and CP
Holdings which is headed by
English businessman Bernard
Schreier, has been awarded a
contract to build an 80-mile wa-
ter pipeline and water purifica-
tion facilities in Nigeria.
The project is worth $120 mil-
lion and is expected to take two
years to complete.
Balton has appointed Israel's
Solel Boneh International as the
main subcontractor for the pro-
ject.
According to Mr. Schreier, the
deal with Nigeria represents a
breakthrough in his company's
African operations. Balton al-
ready has commercial activities
in Zambia, Kenya, Ghana, and
Tanzania.
The company, Mr. Schreier
said, exported millions of dollars
worth of Israeli agricultural and
telecommunications products to
