tive Movement Torah Study

session is sponsored by the
Michigan Region of the United
Synagogue, the Michigan Re-
gion Rabbinical Assembly, and
the Jewish Theological Semi-
nary.
Study sessions are held
every Thursday. There is no
charge for the class; lunch is
available for a charge, by reser-
vation only, beginning at noon.

Machon L' Torah will hold a spe-
cial educational full-day semi-
nar for new Americans Feb. 20
from 10-5 p.m. This program
will feature a special guest lec-
turer from New York, Rabbi Is-
rael Mitzman. Rabbi Mitzman
will speak in Russian on "Re-
discovery of Judaism Through
Computer Codes, Archaelogy
and Science." Rabbi Avraham
Jacobovitz will introduce the
guest speaker.
This program will include a
deli lunch at no charge. The pro-
gram, cosponsored by Yeshiva
Beth Yehuda, will take place at
the Bais Yaakov Building,
