Mildred Carron Mildred Frank Carron, 73, of Ann Arbor, died Jan. 20. Mrs. Carron was past president of Michigan State Medical Society Auxiliary; past president Washtenaw Medical Society Auxiliary; life member of Hadassah, life master for con- tract bridge, member of Amer- ican Contract Bridge Club. She also was Woman of the Year - 1967 for sisterhood of Beth Is- rael Synagogue, member of ORT, member of board of di- rectors of the Washtenaw County Child-and Family Ser- vices, member of State Exten- sion Council for Family Living Education through University of Michigan. Her memberships also included the board of di- rectors of Michigan Branch of the Women's League of United Synagogues of America. She leaves her son and daughter-in-law, Neil A. and Marcia of Westerville, Ohio; daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Susan Carron and Howard Si- mon of Farmington Hills; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. David F. and Marlene of Farmington; daughter, Barbara Carron of Southfield; mother, Annette H. Frank of Ann Arbor; brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Martin J. and Margie Frank of Agusta, Ga.; five grandchildren. Frances Donon Frances Schmier Donon, 98, of West Bloomfield, died Jan. 21. She was founder and past pres- ident of Music Study Club, or- ganized and was first president of Northville PTA, patron of the arts and accomplished antique collector.
