BBYO Plans Summer '94 B'nai B'rith Youth Organization (BBYO) is offering leadership training experiences for high school youth during the sum- mer of '94. The Chapter Leadership Training Conference (CLTC) is an introductory, two-week pro- gram for new leaders; the In- ternational Leadership Training Conference (ILTC), a three-week program, builds leadership skills to prepare for youth for higher leadership goals. International Leadership Kallah is a four-week explo- ration of Jewish identity and programming skills. Finally, the summer programs culminate in the one-week International Convention (IC) where inter- national BBYO policy is dis- cussed and officers are chosen. CLTC is held at B'nai B'rith Be- ber Camp in Mukwonago, Wis., or at B'nai B'rith Perlman Camp in Starlight, Pa. All oth- er leadership programs are held only at BB Perlman. Camp.
