The Swiss group, represent- ing the association and their own companies — including ABB, Alcatel, Benninger and Ascom — met with officials of more than dozen companies in- terested in joint ventures, pri- marily in the high-tech area. The group also met with In- dustry and Trade Minister Micha Harish and with Chief Scientist Yehoshua Gleickman. Among the companies the Swiss representatives visited were Tadiran, Scitex, Elbit, Efrat Future Technologies, El- Op, Israel Aircraft Industries, Rafael and Ormat. ❑
