Plus an assortment of do- mestic and imported cheeses were cold canapes of poached salmon with sour cream and dill; miniature petite chicken on peanut butter mousse; smoked trout, petite veal on toast rounds; deviled eggs stuffed with salmon and shrimp mousse; petite mushrooms and potato knishes.
