Hows and Whys of Jewish tradition at Celebration Series will be Jan. 30, Feb. 6 and 27 from 10-11:30 am. Torah Center Plans Lectures Bais Chabad Torah Center in- vites the public to a lecture on the Torah portion of the week by Rabbi Elimelech Silberberg on 8:15 p.m. Jan. 17 at the Torah Center. The talk will in- clude a discussion on "The Function Of Music In Jewish Tradition." The Torah Center also in- vites the public to a Jan. 19 night 8:00 p.m. lecture on the Siddur at the Torah Center.
