Music Program
CHaZAKaH, the Adat Shalom
senior group, has planned a
paid-up membership luncheon
and program 12:30 p.m. Jan.
27.
The afternoon will feature
The Balladeers, a musical trio
with Irma Pasick, Lois Moore
and Marilyn Ruskin. Accom-
panied by Zelda Miller, the
group will present songs of
Jerome Kern, George Gershwin
and Irving Berlin, as well as a
selection of popular Jewish
melodies.
There is no charge for this
event, but one must be a paid-
up CHaZAKaH member in or-
der to attend. Reservations by
Jan. 21 are mandatory. CHaZ-
AKaH welcomes new members.

On Jan. 24 at 2:30 p.m., Louis
Brown, educator at West
Bloomfield High School, will
present a program of video-
taped opera selections and will
conduct a discussion. There is
a fee.
The Yiddish discussion group
will meet 1 p.m. Jan. 24. There
is no charge to members.
The Center's film discussion
group will meet 1 p.m. Jan. 25
for a discussion of The Piano
and Schindler's List. There is a
charge to non-members.
The Low Vision Support
Group will meet 12:30 p.m. Jan.
26 at Maple-Drake. A staff per-
son from Sinai Hospital will
lead a discussion and present
information on coping strate-
