Woods Offers
Many Classes

The Huntington Woods Recre-
ation Center will offer pottery
classes for a variety of ages, be-
ginning the first week of Jan-
uary.
After school classes at 3:15
p.m. are available for 2nd
graders and up in beginning, in-
termediate and advanced lev-
els. There is a charge. Pottery
for adults is offered on Tuesday
nights 7 to 9 p.m. for beginning
and advanced students. There
is a charge. Parent & Child Pot-
tery is offered Monday nights 7
to 9 p.m. for beginning and ad-
vanced students. There is a
charge.
Health fitness programs will
also begin the first week in Jan-
uary. Kit Fit will introduce pre-
schoolers to physical activities
while learning to work with
others — Saturday 9-10 a.m.
Little Tumblers is for ages 4-5
years on Tuesday 10-10:50 a.m.
Gymnastics is offered for
kindergarten thru 5th grades
with different classes for be-
ginning to advanced levels. It
is offered Monday and Tuesday
at 3:15 and 4:15 p.m. Karate
for ages kindergarten to 1st
grade will be Thursday 3:15-4
p.m. and ages 2nd to 4th grade
on Thursday 4:15-5:15 p.m.
Each class has a fee.
