Marinate the "shrimp" in the
Italian dressing for 1 to 2 hours.
Drain and set aside. Clean the
mushrooms and remove the
stems. Pli.ce the mushroom and
lemon juice in a bowl and toss
gently to coat. Drain. In a small
bowl mix the cream cheese until
it's smooth. Fill each cap with
about Y2 T. cream cheese.
Arrange a "shrimp" on top and
garnish with dill. This recipe
can be doubled as many times
as you like.

2 t. dry mustard
'/2 t. salt
1 T. lemon juice
any mixture of the following
vegetables:
cherry tomatoes
fresh mushrooms, cut in
half
black olives
water chestnuts
avocado cubes
cucumber cubes
baby carrots
radishes
1 large round rye bread
Mix the sour cream, mayon-
naise, horseradish, dry mus-
tard, salt and lemon juice
together. Add any or all of the
vegetables and toss gently to
cover. Cut the top off the rye
bread and scoop out the center
until you form a bowl. Scoop the
vegetable mixture into the
bread and use long bamboo
skewers to spear the vegetables.

Tel Aviv (JTA) — University
teachers throughout Israel
began an open-ended strike,
threatening to close down all
institutes of higher learning
"for years, if necessary," if
their demands for improved
salaries and employment
conditions are not met im-
mediately by the Finance
Ministry.
The all-out strike follows a
one-day warning strike held
last week after years of
demands for salary increases
by university teachers from
lecturers to full professors.
The strike has already
upset some students.
A group of university
students in Jerusalem ap-
pealed Monday morning to
the Supreme Court to order
the teachers to immediately
refund their tuition. 0
