Dinner Set

The 61st Intercongregational
Men's Club Dinner will be held
6 p.m. Feb. 10 at Congregation
B'nai Moshe. There is a charge.
The speaker will be Dr.
Robert S. Pasick. Dr. Pasick is
a psychologist and family ther-
apist at the Ann Arbor Center
for the Family in Ann Arbor. He
is the author of two books and
has been an instructor at Har-
vard University, the University
of Michigan and Oakland Uni-
versity.

Current Events
Group Formed

The Jewish Community Center
is sponsoring a current events
group designed for men and
women with varying levels of
developmental disabilities. Par-
ticipants of the program will an-
alyze and discuss local, national
and international issues and
news.
The group will meet twice a
month, on Thursday evenings
from 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the
Maple-Drake building, begin-
ning Jan. 6.

Temple Israel
Music Event

Temple Israel Treasures will
present a musical happening
featuring Rabbi Paul Yedwab
and his wife Wendy Aloon Dec.
22 at the temple.
Refreshments will be served

The Jewish War Veterans and
auxiliaries will hold the follow-
ing holiday parties Dec. 25:
Allen Park Veterans Hospi-
tal — a morning chapel hour
will be followed by bagels and
coffee. At noon there will be bin-
go, refreshments, prizes and
gifts.
Ann Arbor Veterans Hospi-
tal — Bales Post and Block-
Rose Post and Auxiliary will
sponsor this party.
Battle Creek Veterans Hos-
pital — The Green Post and
Auxiliary will sponsor this
party. A large bus has been
rented to take members.
