Chicago Blower Sues
Three Israelis

f n American company
which manufactures re-
frigeration blowers and
Liters is suing three Is-
raeli engineers, claiming they
defrauded it out of secret infor-
mation.
In documents presented to
Haifa District Court, Chicago
Blower said the three presented

themselves as representatives
of a firm called Refrigeration and

Air Conditioning Engineering,
which sought to represent Chica-
go Blower in Israel. They re-
ceived permission, and were
given confidential manufactur-
ing and marketing information.
The suit claims two of the
men then left the Israeli firm,
taking the information they re-
ceived from Chicngo Blower with
them and setting up a compet-
ing company.
