Senior Programs Seek Volunteers The Retired and Senior Volun- teer Program (RSVP) seeks adults 55 and older to partici- pate in the STAR PATROL (Se- niors Teaching And Reaching) Program in the Southfield Schools. Volunteers are asked to commit 2-4 hours per week when school is in session. A volunteer is matched with one teacher/class for the entire school year. Special emphasis is on tutoring in reading and math. Benefits include liability insurance, mileage reimbursement and the chance to make a differ- ence in a young person's life!
