Israel, Flint. Rabbi Paul Reis of
Congregation Beth Israel co-of-
ficiated the ceremony with the
groom's father, Rabbi Bernard
Mehlman of Temple Israel,
Boston. Rabbi Ronne Friedman
and Cantors Jodi Sufrin and
Roy Einhorn of Temple Israel,
Boston, also participated.
The bride is the daughter of
Sharon and Jerry Schreiber of
Flint. The groom is the son of
Emily and Rabbi Bernard
Mehlman of Brookline, Mass.
The bride's sister-in-law, Gay
Schreiber, was the matron of

honor. The bride's first cousin,
Jody Gottlieb, was the maid of
honor. The bridesmaids in-
cluded Lynne Madorsky,
Helaine Scholnick and Victoria
Bauer.
The groom's brother, David
Mehlman, was the best man.
Groomsmen included the
bride's brothers, Brad
Schreiber, and Rodd Schreiber,
and Adam Simon, Josh Leitner,
Kieve Huffman and Ira Bren-
ner.
Following the wedding, the
couple went on a honeymoon to
Anguilla and St. Barts,
Caribbean. Marla and Jona-
than now reside in New York.
