dents in grades 6-8 and their
parents will tour historic Jew-
ish sights in Detroit, 8:45 -12:30
p.m. Dec. 5. The tour is manda-
tory for LIFE students and open
to others at no charge. Atten-
dees should bring a dairy lunch.

gogue office.
The LIFE (Learning Is a
Family Experience) program
of Congregation B'nai Moshe
will have a family Havdalah
service followed by a
Chanukah sleepover Dec. 4-
5. The service will begin at 6
p.m. This program is open for
children in grades 2-5.
Younger children will be wel-
comed accompanied by a par-
ent. Dinner will be served to
the children and parents who
are sleeping over. Pick-up
time on Dec. 5 is at 10:30 a.m.
There is a charge for non-
members.

Ronald Lee Posen AZA will hold
its 18th Annual Turkey Day
Dance 8 p.m.-midnight Nov. 27
at the Maple-Drake Jewish
Community Center. The dance
is open to Jewish youth in
grades 9 through 12. All teens
not currently registered in
BBYO can have the admission
charge applied to their mem-
bership dues anytime in 1993.
The executive board of the
Great Lakes AZA Council has
selected Matt Hildebrandt of
Samson AZA as coordinator
of the 1994 AZA Basketball
League. This year's league
will begin Jan. 23 and will be
played on Sunday afternoons
at Maple-Drake beginning at
3 p.m. Anyone interested in
