Directors Association, the national pro-
fessional body for community relations
agency directors. He co-authored an arti-
cle in the Journal of Jewish Communal

Bloomfield home of David and Ilene
Chait on Nov. 8.
Speaker at this event will be Mr. Her-
schel Blumberg, president of the Foun-
dation for Conservative Judaism in
Israel. Mr. Blumberg has been a leader
in numerous organizations on behalf of
Israel, Jewish education and various civic
causes. He has been national chairman
of United Jewish Appeal and CLAL (Na-
tional Jewish Center for Leadership and
Learning). He is a member of the board of
the United Israel Appeal, is on several
committees of the Jewish Agency, and is
a vice-president of Mercaz.
