George Cantor, columnist of
the Detroit News who has just
returned from the Middle East,
will address the Einstein
Luncheon Forum noon Oct. 20
at the Clarion Hotel in
Farmington Hills.
A native Detroiter, Mr.
Cantor has been a columnist
for the Detroit News since 1979;
he has also anchored a syndi-
cated radio-show. He is the au-
thor of three-volume travel
series for the University of
Michigan Press and his book
Where the Old Roads Go was
published by Harper and
Row.

Hours Set
The Jewish Community Li-
brary will offer new, expanded
hours. The library, located at
the Agency for Jewish Educa-
tion, is now open Tuesdays and
Thursdays 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
and Tuesday evenings, 5-8 p.m.
Beginning Oct. 24, the doors
will open Sundays 10:30 a.m.-
12:30 p.m.
Volunteers are available to
assist with book selections and
reading recommendations.
