JNF Women
Host Rally

The Women of Jewish National
Fund will host their 1993 Pre-
Donor Rally noon Oct. • 12 at
Temple Emanu-El.
This is the second year of a
three-year commitment by the
Women of JNF to raise
$250,000 for the preparation of
50 home sites in Be'er Sheva in
the Negev, for housing, schools,
businesses for the Russian and
Ethiopian immigrants.

Hadassah Plans
Hebrew Classes

The Greater Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah is offering beginning
and intermediate Hebrew
classes at Hadassah House. The
beginning course will be 7-8:30
p.m. starting Oct. 13 or 10-11:30
a.m. starting Oct. 14.
Second level classes (for those
who know some Hebrew) will
be held 7-8:30 p.m. beginning
Oct. 12 or 10-11:30 a.m. start-
ing Oct. 28. Classes will run
through the end of April.
The charge includes course
pack and audio tapes. For in-
