GRAND OPENING

OF OUR NEW SHOWROOM

JCCouncil
Seeks Survivors

To commemorate the 50th an-
niversary of the Danish gov-
ernment's refusal to participate
in the Nazis' Final Solution, the
Jewish Community Council is
spearheading a letter-writing
campaign to the Queen of
Denmark, thanking the Danish
people for their courage and
compassion. The Council hopes
to include in these letters per-
sonal accounts from Jews who
benefitted from the Danish gov-
ernment's policies.
The Council is seeking Jews
who lived in Denmark during
World War II and/or their de-
scendents, who have stories to
tell about being saved by the
Danish people or government.
